★★★★★
CriticalI am rating this because staff checks on people only for meal orders or when call light is hit and it takes a while for them to help. They definitely are not skilled for bed bound patients. Room size is fine. Dining, food was good. No extremely clean but not dirty.

★★★★★
PositiveThey do their best to help all the families they care for. Some things do fall between the cracks, but it's not important enough to reconsider. My dad has needed a TV mounted for over a year. It's an irritant, but I've also seen him look better now than he ever did while I was caring for him or when he was caring for himself.
★★★★★
PositiveFacility I'd say inside smells good, is mostly clean, however their chairs residents sit in are stained/dirty and the outside areas off people's rooms are not kept. Staff needed 2 in services regarding proper continence care and linen changing by not recognizing the linen was soiled.
★★★★★
PositiveThe room size is small, but overall it works for my mom. I have never eaten there. Mom mostly enjoys it. Everyone is friendly.
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff were very friendly. The residents were welcoming too and seemed very happy there. We were impressed that the residents gave positive feedback about the facility. The nurses there really studied my father's care needs and worked with us about the best and affordable approaches.
★★★★★
PositiveStaff is great but the food is not great. Nurses are very good. I would recommend it. They take good care of my husband.
