★★★★★
PositiveThey are very caring. It's a beautiful, well-situated place. I would recommend them to others who are searching for a place.
★★★★★
CriticalThey appear to be adequate. They stick to the schedule of providing medications. They won't help with personal care like showering, changing my father's clothes, brushing his teeth, clipping his nails, shaving and doing his washing his clothes. Those are left to be taken care of by family members's better than Arden Courts Assisted Living where my mother was at. Extra help from the Helping Hands organization was needed twice, when family members were out of town.
Response from the communityWe take your comments seriously and are committed to providing quality care and services to our residents. We would welcome an opportunity to discuss any concerns you may have and hope you will contact our management team to discuss further.

PositiveMy father passed away at Brookdale. Every member of that staff was kind, courteous, and caring. The compassion they all have is a direct result of [name removed] the director. While I was cleaning out dad's apartment many staff came to me with kind words and heartfelt condolences. They didn't have to do that, that wanted to and that cannot be taught that is leadership. His time a Brookdale was great and he met some good people his own age and I never worried for a minute about his care. 5 stars doesn't do this plac…

PositiveWe had been told that we would not pay for staff helping mom with her nebulizer each day. But when the bill came, we were charged for that. The Brookdale staff was absolutely wonderful and the care was excellent! We felt that they loved our mom:).
