The staff is kind, the facilities are nice & the food is good. However, if your family needs a higher level of care beyond medication management & laundry, this is not the place for your loved one.

The staff has been very helpful and accommodating helping us transition Bill from TX to WA. Food and menu are a highlight for Bill. He enjoys several of the activities and gets along well with the staff and residents.

Everyone seems friendly and helpful, but there was a big disconnect between what was promised by their Sales team and what was handed over to the nursing and care staff at move in. They just didn't deliver well on the care plan. I wish I had known to ask more details about it before moving in, but my mom went without some basic care needs for the first several days. If it wasn't for my brother and I being around and nagging them, I'm not sure how long she would have gone without care.

CriticalThis place is a great facility if you have a loved one that is highly functioning. The residents have freedom to go outside unsupervised. My loved one has Alzheimer’s. The thought of them having freedom to go outside without anyone knowing about it is not something I am comfortable with. This place is listed as assisted living but serves regular coffee to the residents. This really surprised me because I have read that caffeine is not good for Alzheimer’s patients.
