PositiveIt's good place to stay just don't overpay
. At first we thought it was great but after everything was said and done they ended up overcharging us more then $1,000. Their billing is incredibly messed up! Overall I'd probably give them a 3. Like I said Brookdale started out great! Then when hospice came in they weren't around to answer much. After he passed away then it seemed like no one from Brookdale was available to answer questions. Especially not when it came to the monies that should have been payed back to us because we over paid.

I love it here. It's a great place to live. Once you get used to it, it's very nice. The people are so friendly, both the other residents and the staff. And the care is good as well.

PositiveI cant say enough good about this place
The biggest thing was that every staff member that I talked to genuinely cared. I could not say enough about the staff there. The community is clean and the rooms are really nice and updated it is just a really nice place for your loved one. The staff communicated very well and explained everything that needed to be done. I had an issue with billing once and they took care of it quickly and always returned calls quickly whenever I called them.
