PositiveA wonderful place!
The entire staff are extremely responsive to their clients and their families ! It is very clean , food menu covers wide variety, there are daily activities with special events each month . The apt size, if not split for 2 , is ample for a seating and sleeping areas . Truly, I have nothing to say against this place or the staff . I am a retired PT , have lived throughout the country, practiced with geriatrics . So I know when I see a wonderful facility!

The main issue I had with the facility, it might have been a misunderstanding on my part but my resident received very little personal attention. No vital signs, temperature or any of that information was checked. He was left in his wheelchair for most of the time there and actually fell out of it several times. He also developed an infection along his midsection from leaning over for such long periods of time. He received little to no assistance bathing or personal hygiene.
