My mom moved into Brookdale Independent Living about two months ago, and overall, we’ve had a very positive experience. The staff are consistently friendly and welcoming, and they’ve created a warm, home-like environment that really helped ease her transition. There’s a wide variety of activities to keep residents engaged, and the food has been great. They are hard to get ahold of and don't really listen to what you are saying. They have their own judgements and when you try to explain something I feel they don't care as it's a business decision to make money off your parent and not really about care.
