PositiveThe food is very good, the staff is nice and friendly, they created good entertainment program (a lot of events, music, gatherings), they really care about the residents. I would recommend them to others who are searching for senior living.

CriticalMy mom moved into Brookdale Independent Living about two months ago, and overall, we’ve had a very positive experience. PositiveStaff is very Friendly- helpful. Making is so easy to adjust. I agree you should recommend to others. I am in independent living. Right now and this feels more like a Resort. All the residents say that they have been here for various years and also enjoy living here.
★★★★★
PositiveThey are hard to get ahold of and don't really listen to what you are saying. They have their own judgements and when you try to explain something I feel they don't care as it's a business decision to make money off your parent and not really about care. I would still recommend as my father in law likes it there.
★★★★★
Positive[name removed] is doing well at Brookdale, and has made some new acquaintances there. Also the food is adequate but she has said the service is a little slow for her. She hasn't made any other complaints that I'm aware of.
★★★★★
PositiveStaff is very friendly and accommodating. They have a lot of good activities for the residents and the facility is very clean/well kept. The only down side I see is the price but you get a lot with it.
