CriticalRecently had a full administrative change which has not been a good experience for the residents totally wondering what was going on. Many good workers left as well. The food that is served is many times tough and/or cold. Recently, a new "chef" has been hired with high hopes of improvement. I'm hopeful for improvements and have expressed concern. At this time, I'm hesitant to recommend and wishing things were a little different.

CriticalI do not recommend this place to anyone. Not a single employee is the same. No one in administration, nursing, food service, maintenance, no one. They haven't had any activities in months. There is no activities staff. There have been a few positive changes in the past 60 days, but minimal. For the money being paid, it's inexcusable.

CriticalWhen we first placed my loved one there things were good. But in the [date removed] my loved one has been there the staff has changed several times in certain position and all administrative personnel are brand new. The services my loved one pays for are falling by the wayside ie...laundry , house keeping and activities. Something is just not right at this moment in time.

PositiveResidents are more "mobile" seniors even with walkers/wheelchairs. Housekeeping and maintenance, and administration do an amazing job with a smile and hello for everyone.

PositiveIt is a lovely facility but just a little out of our budget. They did try to get the costs down for us but our dad's health needs were high.
