Brookdale Pocatello

I think they have some staffing issues - housekeeping and food has been an issue. The food is poor, not fruit or vegetables. They are overall good.

Highly recommend Brookdale Pocatello

My mom unfortunately passed away in January. The move to Brookdale of Pocatello was the best move possible. [name removed] made the move effortless for my mom and I.

Mom almost died there!

My mother was found on the toilet unresponsive and almost died there now they want three times the money and $[removed] a month to take her dog out to poop. I'm fighting like hell to keep her out of there but my sister is the power of attorney and she doesn't have the compassion that she needs to be the power of attorney for my mother everything I'm hearing about this place they yell at people they leave them in urine soaked situations I'm going to get a lawyer and probably go after them for incompetency and leavin

Would not recommend

In the end the experience was less than acceptable. I would not recommend Brookdale Pocatello to other families.

A good place for my mom

They were very kind. It was just a very nice place for mom to be, getting some extra care. I would have no qualms about recommending them at all.
