Amazing community & staff

It was all great from [name removed] at reception to [name removed] to the intake nurse. The only complaint I heard was about spiders in her room. Big ones. And it took about a week to get someone to spray. We love the facility though. And the activity coordinator is amazing.

Brookdale Corporate needs a national review on pricing for elderly care

Facility and staff are great to work with. They truly care about their residents. Corporate considers residents less than human and don't care if their residents can pay their exordanat rate rates or not. This needs to be addressed. My father is looking at over a 13% increase. Which will consume more than 80% of his income with next to no room for future rate hikes. The move in pricing is good but they can't tell you what the annual rate increase will be until less than 30 days till it goes in effect leaving the f…

Brookdale First!

I rate Brookdale Russellville a 5, on all aspects. The people, all of them, were the friendliest, most helpful, most supportive in every way. They were willing to make any accommodation possible, to be sure we would have everything we needed. The facility is spotless and so welcoming. I don't have one negative thing to say about Brookdale and it's employees. I loved it.

My sister, mother and I toured 3 different assissted living places all in one day. Brookdale was our last appointment and by the end of it, all 3 of us knew it was the best choice for mom. The whole staff is wonderful and willing to help in any way they can. The atmosphere there is bright, fun, and friendly, it is also very well kept and clean. I recently retired from teaching, but if I wanted to go back to work, I would want to work at Brookdale.

My mother resides at your facility in Russellville Ar. We are well pleased with the care and attention to detail the staff provides and I personally operate on the mental awareness of green yellow and red flags. We, my family, collectively, have had absolutely no yellow or red flags or concerns about our mother's care. Brookdale is a great place for your family member

Everyone that works there is very kind and professional and willing to work with the family. My grandmother was a hard case but the staff was patient and kind to get Her to adapt to the facility. She is doing very well now and thriving.
