As a continuing care retirement community (CCRC), we are able to help residents age in place more easily. We have a 24-hour security system and keypad entryways, and staff is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to be alerted to any emergencies. With access to an abundance of services under one roof, you can watch your worries disappear. In addition to providing care, our skilled team manages meals and dietary needs, chores, and home maintenance. Residents can also receive assistance with transportation, book salon services, or connect with the concierge for other on-site conveniences. In the state of Arizona, these terms are defined as follows: Assisted Living Center A health care institution other than a hospital or a nursing care institution which provides resident rooms or residential units, supervisory care services, personal care service, directed care services or health-related services on a continuing basis for eleven or more persons who do not need inpatient nursing care.
