PositiveLiked the layout & the philosophy of care. The rooms were comfortable and attractive. The courtyard was very homey. Sadly it was our of our price range. the staff we met were very friendly and welcoming.

PositiveMy only disappointment was that if I put my mom at your location after the 18 months was up, she would not be able to transfer over to Medicaid where the other location that I ended up going to was willing to do that so that is the only reason I did not choose your location. I do wish maybe you could do some upgrading to your building as well, but the staff was amazing and [name removed] very friendly.

PositiveThe people / staff personnel that I encountered were all very nice and friendly and professional. I really liked the overall feeling of home in the decor and the layout of the building. It was easy to see myself visiting my parent there. Unfortunately I was not able to get my father in there due to the level of care he needs being too complex for their level of service.

PositiveMy husband moved to Memory Care at Brookdale’s Springdale location on [date removed]. He was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s in 2020. He was at home until I realized I could not keep him safe and happy. From the moment we arrived at Brookdale I realized this was the right place for him. The staff welcomed him warmly and they made a shadow box of his photo and interests so he could find his room. They had musicians come to entertain them. The residents smiled and sang along.
