It is difficult to provide many details since I am in Michigan and don't observe day to day operations. My brother sees her regularly and we do talk about how the facility is working out for our Mother. Mom is just not happy and I think it doesn't have much to do with the facility. I do think they could work a little more on encouraging her to get involved with the activities and other residents but she has a mind of her own.
