Staff is engaged and caring. Only raises warranted and valid concerns. They go the extra mile if patient runs out of meds. Which doesn't happen very often.

I visited the building with the Sales Manager [name removed]. She was friendly and passionate about the people in her building. Some of them came up and gave her hug and followed us on tour. She showed me around the building and we even saw the people that lived there doing exercise class. The building was clean, lots of care staff, and a good energy.

The facility is nice, I just don’t like the room set up for my mom. She needs a living space that is her own, not shared.

Staff was very personable, knowledgeable, and thorough. My visit was friendly and professional. I was able to meet and greet staff and residents and witness the compassionate care provided. Their understanding of the complexity of working with folks with dementia was very impressive.

Great experience. [name removed] knows everything about the facility and answered all of our questions. We really liked the fact that each resident was assigned to a specific caregiver so my auntie would be able to get to know them and not have a different person each time .

[Name Removed] who runs facility was so helpful in trying to problem solve (my dad had a lot of issues) He was determined to find a work around or solution for all issues Staff was always so welcoming and appreciative of visitors and accommodating
