the whole experience has very positive experience for my mom I remember calling Place for Mom in February in a panic mode because I needed to find a place for my mom immediately. Place for Mom was so kind and calm to me. She listen to all my concerns and needs for my mom. Within the hour I had two interviews set up with Brookdale west and BrookDale in castle gardens. We were met by a warm and hospitable host who had all the answers to questions we asked and offered suggestions we nevrr even considered. Brookdale Vestal didnt 'feel' like an assisted living or nursing home. Residents were dressed and clean and out.of their rooms. Very, very nice place.

He was only there for about 2 weeks. It is a nice place with excellent care for people with dementia who are still mobile. I would recommend it.

They have some very loving caring dedicated people there.

The only issue was the medicine dispensing. They had problems keeping things correct and problems keeping people in that department. However, what we like the most about Brookdale Vestal is the people! They have some great staff and very loving aides

Brookdale Vestal West review

Brookdale west was very clean and had friendly staff. Excellent quality of care food was good although I didn't like that family is not allowed in the dining room. Activities were plentiful and looked interesting. Good value for cost but I think it would be better and more fair to spread out the one time activities fee of [fee removed] over the first year. I recommend Brookdale

Very friendly loving aides. My mother often leaving for the day hugs and exchanges I love yous! Same for the management, always takes their time with the residents. They create a very beautiful environment for the residents. And give them a lot of support when needed and space for privacy. The rooms are beautiful and they are cleaned regularly. I am very happy. And feel she is in a safe secure environment.
