We have mostly been happy with the community. Outings are great and my father in law is definitely more active than he used to be. Staff has been very good and residents seem happy. Biggest suggestion would be open communication with the staff to ensure all needs are being met.

1. Staff: Since new company, there has been a lot of CNA turnover. 2. Quality of care: On a scale from 1 to 5, with five being best, I would say quality of care is probably a 3 1/2 to 4 on any given day. 3. Food/Dining experience: has improved greatly from Carriage House to Brookstone of Greensboro. There had been high turnover in this area as well, but things seem to be settling down and the quality of the food seems to be much better. 4. The staff takes good care of my Aunt. The facility is kept clean. The problem is with the food. My Aunt has been served food she's allergic to. Also food she chooses not to eat like pork of any kind. These foods were included in the application but aren't being taken into consideration. Also, the staff is aware that my Aunt has limited vision, but I don't believe the cook is aware of it. I was there when she was served a hoagie. Food like that needs to be cut up.
