PositiveBrookstone Terrace of Woodruff
The few problems we have had have been fairly minor----helping mom keep up with hearing aids, making sure she has her glasses on, making her go to activities, and getting her up in the night so she doesn't wet the bed and herself. She has dementia so all of these are key to her care. They have been gracious to work on these areas and communicate better to all staff. Overall, we are fairly pleased with mom's care.

Feedback: the price per month is expensive from my perspective. Especially for elderly that are on a fixed income, but need memory care. there needs to be some type of program to supplement the cost. As far as the care, activities and other things, I'm happy with it. My mother's apartment is a double occupancy. At this point (5 months) it seems adequate. As far as the meals, I think that is good so far. The staff text me when any medicines change or any possible issues arise. I can text them as well or call.

She has a recliner, tv and furniture. The bathroom is large also. She has a roommate. Need to say i'd call to check on my mother half the time no one had any idea what was going on. Couldn't get the PA to call me. I had just had major surgery and was not able to get down to see her. So I was depending on the staff to get me reports. It was like pulling teeth half the time. When Wren Hospice took over they actually gave me good reports. need to say something here to. Never knew for sure who handled the financial aspect. When I called to check on a few things I'd have to repeatedly call to get anybody…
