Our families experience

All of the staff at Browning is very nice. They have a lot of activities for the residents, every year they have a wonderful fourth of July celebration, a very nice Thanksgiving meal for residents and family. My Mom doesn't complain about the food so I think she's happy with it. We looked at some other facilities before deciding on Browning, the room at one place was so small with no separate bedroom. Compassionate care and dignity. Staff cares above and beyond.

I had to move my mom from a memory care facility that was not giving her the help she needed. She was severely depressed and did not want to leave her room. They made her feel guilty for being forgetful. 2 weeks in at Browning Masonic, she had friends, the staff actually listened to me and cared about my mom's needs. When you walk into the memory care community, it is full of light and friendly people. Mom is never in her room. I cannot express the gratitude that I have for all the staff. A nice community!

[name removed] the activities director. She is great with the residents in memory care. My Mom is taken care of by the assist workers. Medical staff is very attentive to residents health concerns. Place is very clean! My mom gets her hair and nails done their. A beautiful place. My Mom is safe and secure at Browning Masonic Community.
