PositiveThe sales associate was very friendly and helpful. She explained everything and showed us all areas of the facility. She also seemed to know everyone's name and the residents all know her. Which tells me the staff gets to know the residents, so it is like a family.

PositiveVery nice facility, however we were looking for something with a Memory care option should that be needed. Access to the Villages amenities for a fee was a big plus for more active folks. Located directly next to Costco and Fresh Market which is nice.

PositiveWe moved Mom in on [date removed]. She quickly settled into a routine with her new found friends. She has a few “girls” that she usually eats her meals with, and a few more that she plays games with. She’s involved in exercise classes as well as walking around the building every morning. Her room is plenty large enough for her to be comfortable when she’s not hanging out with others. Overall, she is content and safe, which are the two most important things.

PositiveReally friendly staff. Act like they care. I don't really do their activities. Not my thing. My apt (studio) is tiny but feels big due to 10' ceilings. We have a nice core of Jewish residents here and with a few more they'd provide a bus so we can go to Friday services. The temple is only 2 miles away.

PositiveIt has been hard for my friendly mother to make friends - most people have been there awhile and are in their own groups. I wish the staff would notice that new residents need to be included in activities and encourage current residents to notice new residents.
