PositiveVery peaceful and comfortable.
Thus far, I have nothing negative to say. The staff has been very professional and courteous. The apartment that my mother chose is very spacious and feels a lot like a home as opposed to an apartment. There are several weekly activities for all residents. The grounds seem to be well kept and maintained. However, the roads within the complex could use some work as well as the grassy areas. We are very happy with everything.

We love the location, (almost a rural feel) just west of downtown Delaware. It's convenient for all our shopping and medical care, including a Kroger within walking distance. Quiet neighborhood and attentive office staff and maintenance. Our favorite nearby shopping is Miller's Farm Gardens, 5 minutes from us. Also easy, low-traffic routes south to Columbus areas: Lewis Center, Polaris Prkwy, Powell, Dublin, etc.

We love it here! I would highly recommend it. The staff is wonderful. They're very attentive to any requests for maintenance. The apartment is great and well cared for, and was nicely fixed up before we moved in. They offer a variety of social activities every week - things like games movies, book club, birthday and holiday celebrations, etc. They appeal to all different interests. We also have a fitness center, which is nice.
