The staff is great, just wish they had an online bill pay method and/or took credit card payments. It is very clean and the room size was perfect.

I would rate a 5 for each one of those questions. From the minute, my mother was admitted to Burr Oaks our family noticed an immediate change. She was more relaxed and she didn't cry any more. She was always clean, her hair was always combed, and she smiled. I feel the staff went over and beyond to make sure my mother was comfortable. I would also like to Share my appreciation for "a place for mom". My mom has passed recently, and I will be forever grateful for the help given to our family from "a place for mom".

The facility is not much to look at from the outside. The amenities are nice though. The staff has been great to work with and seem genuinely interested in the care and well-being of my uncle. He is very happy here.

For respite care it was robbery. It could really use updating. I could go on and on negatively on the money they charged for respite. Totally can see a sucker coming. Do not use for respite care.
