She shared her obvious, sincere appreciation of the facility and acknowledged each resident by name when we encountered them during our visit. She shared the facility’s history and emphasized that the residents’ register their satisfaction by staying at Burr Ridge. She gave us ample opportunities to ask questions and thoroughly answered all of them. My husband and I both were favorably impressed with her and the facility. We highly recommend both.

Washing machines are only in the apartments. They are small. Mine was broken for a month before it was replaced. There is one public laundry with three disgusting, moldy machines. The drawers and gaskets are covered with mold. Residents have complained for several months with nothing being done. Maintenance is poor. There's no bistro, or place to get snacks or sandwiches. We have complained about noisy residents above us, but nothing is done. We are looking for other residences. Unfortunately, all the good ones ha…
