PositiveButterfield is the best
Butterfield has lots of activities to participate in, including bingo. The medical staff are so incredibly knowledgeable and caring. The Director is very personable and approachable, and takes care of problems immediately. Mom pays one-half of the money she was paying at her former care center, while receiving better care and better food.

The nursing staff are extremely caring and helpful. The food is very palatable (not tough, chewy, or dried out). There are activities every day. The price is way lower than where I moved from.

The friendliness of the staff members gets 5+ stars. The staff members here are wonderful and they are kind and always look for solutions to meet my unique needs. I sincerely love this community. My needs for activities may differ from other residents living at this community, but based on the experience I have had so far with Butterfield Residential Care Center, I would recommend them to other families.

CriticalIt's pleasant, and small, but functional.
This is an assisted living community, and is not as independent as some of them feel. It's pleasant, and small, but functional. They food is not so good, everybody complains about the food. They are very nice, and she was there for several years. There were some of the staff members that I wasn't so crazy about, some are great, and some are not so great. Tammy, the administrator has been really good about working with us. I feel like they didn't really go out of their way to really assist in coming up with solution…
