CriticalThe experience was frustrating due to changing pricing and inconsistent communication throughout the process. Even after signing the agreement, the terms continued to change, and unexpected issues arose with billing. In the end, my mother never moved in or received access to the residence. While I appreciate the follow-up, this experience did not meet expectations.

PositiveFacility was clean, and the residents were friendly and talkative. [name removed] answered all our questions. We were shown a respite room-- nicely furnished and appeared comfortable and had all the safety features that we were looking for. We were favorably impressed with the facility. There were many activities in which he could participate.

PositiveI'm happy with Calusa Harbor, once I got used to the idea they had definitely oversold themselves. The food is not up to a 5 star as told. I have a pup who has separation anxiety. There is no place set aside where you could eat and have your pup lay on the floor so she doesn't bark and bother other residents. PositiveMy mother in law seems to like it very well. The main area had a smell, not sure if musty or what, and it's needing some updating throughout. There are frequently long waits for the elevator. The people seem very friendly and mother in law says the food is very good. Still very new so I guess as time goes on we will be able to reassess .
★★★★★
PositiveMy apartment is perfect--newly decorated; small but with plenty of closet space and well-designed. I am not an activities person, but I can appreciate their extensive schedule. Food is ok and food service is excellent--the wait people are well-trained, polite and caring people. Housekeeping is excellent--much better than I was accustomed in my previous facility. I general I am very happy with my move and choice of my new facility and would unquestionably make the same decision.
★★★★★
CriticalIt's about 50/50 on rating. The food is very sub par. The staff that cleans and does laundry is very disorganized always losing the residents laundry or giving it back dirty and not laundered. The facilities people haven't been able to fix the tv to get local Channels. No one seems concerned with the voices complaints
