Positive[name removed] was great at explaining the process. As we were touring the facility for both Memory Care and Assisted living all the staff welcomed us. This is such a hard decision to make for our loved ones and we appreciate all time [name removed] took with us.

Staff is all extremely polite and for the most part very friendly. If they’re gonna put out a menu have what’s on the menu don’t give me a menu and then say no we don’t have it.

There are certain great aspects and certain not great ones. We've had the most issues with medication filling and distribution. Getting it wrong. Waiting too long to have it filled. Inconsistent times of delivery especially in evening. Lots and lots of me having to be involved in that. Some of the staff is amazing and some is not so amazing

The kitchen food has been awful according to mom since the new people took over. 1 of the night med. Ladies screams at the old people. It smells really strong of urine now. Never smelled like that before. Rent went up [removed] more dollars a month and nothing improved. If she didn't have friends there.... I would probably move her.

Cambridge was the best pace we could have ever put our mom. She was so happy for the short time she was there. She ended up going on hospice and passing about 6 weeks after we moved her in. They were so supportive!
