★★★★★
PositiveThey made every effort to meet my loved ones special needs. To me they seemed understaffed nights and weekends. The facility was always clean.
★★★★★
PositiveI enjoyed the tour. Nice facility. We toured for my mom who lives in New Jersey. Trying to provide different options. I’m up with her now. She decided on a facility in New Jersey. Enjoyed working with you. It’s an overwhelming chore to find a good fit and I had no idea where to start and where to look. You really cleared up all the questions and set us on the right path. You can’t imagine how great a feeling that was.
★★★★★
PositiveCambridge Square Living feels warm, welcoming, and safe. The staff are kind, attentive, and treat residents with respect. It’s clear they genuinely care, which gives families peace of mind when choosing a home for a loved one.
★★★★★
PositiveFacility couldn't have been better. Always clean and well kept. Staff friendly and helpful. Very responsive to our needs.
★★★★★
PositiveI would rank all 5's... the staff was awesome, they truly care, my mom wasn't there long, but she was happy there during her short stay.. Thank you for making her last few weeks special.. her words: "I'm happy here"!

CriticalWhen I first put my mom there it was locally owned and they were good. Then they sold to Ensign. After that prices when up a lot and were used mainly to dress up the facilities, not improve the care. When my mom passed away I did not get even a word of condolences and she was there almost 6 years. They disposed of her bed and other things without even asking me anything. It was like - she’s gone so next customer! Kaching! And meds were randomly charged as well. Even after I told them she didn’t need or want things…
