The attached homes come in eight models: Ensenada, Grenada, Mazatlan, Miramar, Vera Cruz, Senita, San Jose, and Monterrey. The models range from 1,500 to 3,508 square feet with two to three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. Features in some models include a den, a study, walk-in closets, and wrap-around patios. Optional features include a side porch, fireplace, and walk-in pantry. Single-family homes begin at 1,706 square feet with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. Features in some homes include a den, a built-in Murphy bed, and a patio with a barbecue area. Some models also include a water fountain. Canoa Seca Estates Lifestyle Homeowners at Canoa Seca Estates enjoy a low-maintenance lifestyle thanks to a homeowners’ association (HOA) that takes care of common area maintenance. Through the HOA, residents also have access to a wide variety of clubs, classes, and activities offered by GVR. Members of the community of over 60 clubs divided by interest. This includes arts and crafts, cards and games, dance, social, sports, and special interest clubs. Interesting events also occur throughout the year, including dances, lectures, concerts, movies, and over 1,000 classes.
