PositiveI don't get answers to verify if my brother gets laundry done, showers, bed made, bathroom and room cleaned and vaccummed. Have requested support to get my brother to clean his room; no response from staff. Not sure he gets what he is paying for with AL. Food: C; I am an RN with an MBA. The food is not nutritous. Ham/ pig served almost every day. Nutrition choices were poor. I spent 2 weeks with Dan when he was admitted.

[name removed] sales marketing director welcomed us with warmth and understanding. She made the move in smooth and worked with our urgent need to move her on a very short notice. We are absolutely pl…

PositiveWe brought my father-in-law at very short notice to Canterfield. His cancer had very quickly progressed and we need a different setting where he could receive hospice support. [name removed] and the rest of the staff here were incredibly responsive and helped us to transition very quickly. They also provided us with friendly advice that proved very helpful as we did our best to help our father-in-law. I highly recommend this facility and the staff, especially Jessica, who manages sales and transitions. What a wonde…

PositiveOverall experience -[name removed]. and [name removed], are the top notch and both deserve a raise/ and a few days extra off a year for being exceptional employees. Cleanliness of the facility - Good except for [name removed] hall- room 227- at the beginning of his annex, smelled like urine when he first moved in. Not sure it still smells. Friendliness - for the most part- except most help staff cannot speak English. there should be some language classes, free, there, so staff can understand patient needs. Quali…

PositiveWe like the smallness of the memory care, and [name removed] has been great!
