★★★★★
PositiveThe staff is super friendly and the apartment itself is nice but we are having issues with them not giving my mother her meds in a timely manner and they do not consistently do the extra care things we are paying for like helping her dress in the morning and showering. When we pester them they do what they are supposed to for a little while then it drops off again.
★★★★★
PositiveBetter food. Also too much plain white rice. Would like more mashed potatoes and gravy. Prefer to be anonymous. Any title you think is good will be all right with me. The staff that takes care of us is really great. Yes, I would recommend this community to other families I looked at a lot of places and decided this was best for me
★★★★★
PositiveWhat we like the most about Canterfield of Tallahassee is the staff and other residents. Based on the experience we have had, we would recommend this community to other families.
★★★★★
CriticalThe nurse they have there [name removed] marks is just horrible and just unprofessional I made a comment towards her behavior and she said she would blast me on Facebook as what’s known as a Karen and discuss my grandmother’s medical information as she pleased cause she has the right to and that I needed to get out her face with my nonsense
★★★★★
CriticalWe toured with Canterfield of Tallahassee and it was disgusting. It smelled like raw sewage & the staff acted like that was normal or just ignored it. The food looked unappetizing also. They had no outdoor area except a small concrete pad that looked into a parking lot.

PositiveMy loved one was all set to move in and ended up passing away before she could make the move. I spent time at the facility getting her room ready, and everybody there was so friendly and nice. The staff all had smiles on their faces, and you don't see that at a lot of places. The way they treated me was unbelievable. I feel it was the best place I could have taken her. I would highly recommend them.
