Nice new neighborhood & friendly neighbors

I have been a resident here for 2 1/2 years. I have made many new friends here, as well as keeping friends from my previous neighborhood. With 24/7 concierge and good security, I feel safe. There are daily options for activities & 3 meals a day.... coupled with full kitchen in my apartment.

Great place to live and age gracefully.

As a Resident at Capital Oaks I find that all of the staff members are friendly and knowegable and willing to help. The activities Director has designed many activeties (Aerobics, Duolingo, classes, videos, bridge, and Rummykub. They provide three meals a day and the "Chef's Pantry" has snacks available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. I wasn't sure I would like it here but I have made many friends here at Capital Oaks. Life on an unending cruise

A little over 3 months ago we moved into Capital Oaks on Ray Road. We have been on many cruises and living here is a lot like being on a cruise. All meals are included and we can have soft serve ice cream any time. Our apartment is cleaned regularly (also included). If anything needs repairs we just phone the front desk. It's a great place with a great staff and great residents. Easy walks to nearby parks and nice nearby neighborhoods to walk through. The apartments are spacious and contain a full kitchen. There is a bathroom with a washer and drier closed off with bifold doors. most apartments have a balcony or terrace. I have a garage here with a small workshop: with a 2X5ft work bench, a small table saw, a chop saw, a drill press, and a tool cabinet. I also keep my bicycle in the garage.
