Capital Place

The units were small and didn't have kitchens. [name removed] gave me the tour and was very informative. The facility was clean, neat, and we'll organized. I was not impressed with the quality of materials in the apartments. The storage and closet space in the apartments is very limited.

Overall, I'd recommend Capital Place

It is just what they said it would be. The 2 BR apartment has about 1000 sq ft. The bedroom fits our King-size bed with room to move around it & space for a dresser. The half point off is for the "kitchenette." It has a sink & a fridge and a very small counter that won't fit our microwave. I'm not sure what I'll do about that - probably buy a smaller one & donate the full-size to Habitat for Humanity. We really appreciate having 2 bathrooms!. Staff is attentive, room is comfortable, resident population could be me active, but that's not Capital Place's fault. I would recommend to others.

Overall, I am glad I chose Capital Place because of the positive environment. Residents and staff are great. The Life Enrichment Director is superb and has amazing activities one can choose to participate in. I especially enjoy walking and there is a sidewalk that loops all around the complex that is very pleasant and well maintained. The food is very good and the servers are exceptional. As a Veteran, I was especially amazed at the Command Sergeant Major from [removed name] attending our lunch and pinning ribbons …

Affordable yet convenient, staff is very helpful and accommodating

1 bedroom is high dollar, but it could be less for a 2 bedroom. The staff is courteous. I would recommend this community to others - it is an elderly group.

Capital Place

They are independent care so they can not pick you up if you fall. Other than that it is a great place to live.
