Tentative staff who go the extra mile, family atmosphere

I often visit my aunt at this facility. The other residents always look happy and are engaging with each other. The residents enjoy decorating for upcoming holidays. They have self-directed activities and community activities. My aunt has made some great friends.

Beautiful setting and personalized care

The community has been helping my brother for a few years. The physical facility is well maintained and the staff are great. Residents are always a top priorities. The staff and administrator always answers my questions and keeps me updated.

Do not put your loved one in here

My dad fell and hurt himself. They took him to the ER and they called to tell me he had fallen. The facility did not even call me to tell me what had happened. I confronted the manager and she said she called my son and I looked at his phone and they did not call. Anytime I went here they never wore masks. My dad was not happy here and so I moved him into a new facility. I asked them to pack his belongings so I could pick it up and she said she would call when it was ready. By Thursday I had no call so we drove by …
