CriticalMy dad fell and hurt himself. They took him to the ER and they called to tell me he had fallen. The facility did not even call me to tell me what had happened. I confronted the manager and she said she called my son and I looked at his phone and they did not call. Anytime I went here they never wore masks. My dad was not happy here and so I moved him into a new facility. I asked them to pack his belongings so I could pick it up and she said she would call when it was ready.
