Terrible staff

The staff is atrocious. The two women always on second shift are always outside smoking together. They're awful to the residents and their families. They claim to clean residents rooms but I cannot even recall the last time my loved ones room was vacuumed or even had the toilet cleaned. The activities lady is really nice but she's the only good thing about the place. The director is awful as well. I reccomend you keep your loved ones away from here if you actually want them to be well cared for.

Very home like feeling which is important to our family. We could see our mother in this facility. The open spaces surrounding the building was appealing. The staff was friendly as were the residents. Clean and updated decor.

not the worst but not the best

the activies were great when they have them. cant always find a person to come in,,the bingo games are fun with nice prizes of good quality..the painting projects were enjoyablethe .funiture is dirty, at least the arm chairs look very dirty..go sit on one. the food is ok one day and then the next it can be total junk. staff on phone while doing cares. i saw one staff member vaping in the building..its the same as smoking if you ask me. stopped in after dinner one time and floor was not sweep and tables were smeared…

Very poorly managed. Care Staff is very rude to residents and families. While the building is very nice and spacious, it does not make up for the poor quality of care.

not a place for dementia residents

My mother was a resident of Care Partners on French road. During the 8 months that she resided there, there were 3 managerial changes, staff came and went on a weekly basis. Simple, basic every day needs were not met, depends were not even changed every day! This facility is beautiful, but it is severely understaffed, and the staff is not trained to handle dementia patients.

More of a slower paced facility.

Unfortunately, I had to move my Father out of this facility. I felt like this community didn’t fit him very well. There was something always lacking and it was never personal at all. It seemed like if you didn’t fit into the group, you were on your own. I also didn’t like that the individual attention was lacking. My dad is still very active and they would never take him for a walk. In October there were a few days that got into 80-degree weather and I went to the gate to take my Father for a walk, and it was locke…
