Carefield Castro Valley Assisted Living and Memory Care

This was a lovely place and the staff were very kind. [name removed]has a great personality and really understands the needs of her residents. The only downside is they only offer studio apartments and we are looking for at a 1 bedroom.

Great experience from first to last!

I had a great experience, finding everyone in your group to be quite helpful without ever pushing me to move faster than I was ready for. My rep gave me contacts in several geographical areas, so I had lots of data to work with in my decision-making. I would give you the highest score and would always recommend your services to someone in my situation of needing to research and select a perfect fit for a family member whose needs now are more than a family can handle.

On our first visit, my sister decided not to look at any other communities! The architecture, cleanliness, menu, availability of a perfect room and the incredibly knowledgeable and caring staff made this an easy decision for a new home for our brother. He moved in yesterday!

It's not home, but it's the next best thing

The facility is great! The staff is incredible. Everyone is always professional and it's obvious they're all trying their best. We feel that the caregivers are genuinely concerned with our father's welfare and they treat him like family. Between my sister and I we manage to visit our dad every single day of the week... it doesn't matter what day of the week or what time of the day it is, he's always getting the best care.

I liked the facility. The staff was very friendly and the residents seemed happy and well cared for. The only reason that I didn’t sign up is because they had no private rooms and I didn’t like the idea of Sharing .

All the staff are loving and kind. From the moment I talked to [name removed] I knew it was the right place for mom. Mom tells me that some of them call her mama and give her hugs and are right there if she needs something. Being a couple of hours away I am comforted to know she is in kind and loving hands.
