Excellent Experience

Every single staff member was super kind to the residents. They went out of their way to be helpful to us. Mom died just three days after we moved her in, but they were wonderful both on the move-in and the move out. We really couldn't have asked for more.

Our thoughts

Food is prepared by a chef and it is good. Majority of the staff does not speak English as their first language. Nursing staff is good, they listen to the family but opt to use medication first, not always our first choice. They do communicate issues and successes and are always friendly. Room size is adequate because they prefer the patients to be in the community rooms not alone in their rooms. There are daily activities but the are.repeated very often but I guess that's ok because most of the patients have memor…

Thank you for sharing your thoughts and feedback. Any medication that is given is only done so on doctors orders and we are always open to other methods prior. If you would like to discuss the medications further, please feel free to reach out. You are correct that many activities are repeated. We find that residents enjoy the consistency and routine of certain activities such as the Morning Chronicles and exercise.

I recently came for a tour and was very impressed. The community is clean with no unpleasant odors, and I appreciated the refreshments offered by [name removed] at the front desk. The staff and managers were visible, friendly, and welcoming. [name removed] gave me a tour and showed both private and shared room options. Friendly and welcoming

I have been coming to Carefield to perform for the residents for over 2 years and I must say, this community by far is one of the most friendliest and dedicated team I have ever met. I perform in over 15 communities and Carefield’s staff always make it a point to join the residents in singing and dancing, which makes my job easier. Their staff can dance! To all the caregivers and employees at Carefield, thank you for doing what you do!

I recently toured this community with my brother and am very impressed with how spacious and clean it is. I was greeted by a smiling staff and offered coffee and snacks while filling out a form. I then met with the Executive Director, who was very friendly and welcoming,. The staff were all very pleasant, and the room they showed me was a good size. I recently visited Carefield unannounced, and I was very impressed! The front desk staff was welcoming and accommodating and assuring me that someone would be happy to show me around even without an appointment. While I waited, they provided a discovery form for me to fill out. Shortly after, the Executive Director came out with a warm smile, ready to answer my many questions and graciously took the time to give me a thorough tour.
