What we like the most about the community is the "in house" assistance they offer is the best. Home health, nurse on staff 24/7, we didn't have to put her name on her clothes, the housekeeper washes each resident's clothes individually, to name a few services. The case manager at the local hospital said he had never heard of a facility that offered their own home health rehab. They have a regular doctor that visits once a month, a podiatrist that visits once a quarter, and a counselor/therapist that visits along wi…

The facility is clean. Never smells. The food is wonderful. What makes these facilities great or not? Is the staff and you can really tell that the staff at this place care about their residents and it extends to the management leadership as well. Mom is always clean and in fresh clothes and they always notify us if she is running low on anything before she runs out. Medical notifications for things like falls or medication. Changes are also top-notch.

A little adjusting is always apparent but everything went very well. She relates to the caregivers and to the other patience. I visit her everyday or every other day and take her out for the weekend every weekend so she is not confined there at all. If I could recommend Caroline Oaks to others I certainly would however I think they are full now. She is in the memory care unit.

Couldn't Be More Pleased!

Our family has been extremely pleased with the care Mom has received since moving to this facility. From the Executive Director to the Handyman, everyone is attentive, engaging and professional. The facility is secure and clean. Mom receives her medications correctly and in a timely manner. I am contacted if she has even the slightest symptom of illness or physical issue. I would definitely recommend a visit if this facility is in an area that you are considering!

A nice community

We like Carillon Oaks Lincoln and our mother is adjusting and making good friends. She seems happy with the food they serve and she enjoys the nice outdoor sitting area. Overall we are pleased. We love that only nurses administer meds to the residents and not aides.

Great Memory Care unit

If you are looking for a place for your loved one, do yourself a favor and schedule a tour. The rooms are larger than any of the other places I toured. The staff are all wonderful from CNA’s to nurses. My aunt is in memory care, they are so good with her. Many activities for them. She has a room looking out to the courtyard, where the residents can plant flowers in planter boxes. She loves going to the Salon to get her nails and hair done. Great place. Very secure too for memory care patients.
