overall experience as there have been some glitches along the way. cleanliness of the facility. so far in friendliness. no judgement on quality of care. Too new into the facility for me to rate on an honest opinion Admin staff ([name removed]). never tried their food. Mother says it is No Good; but then she has dementia. -I know they do activities, but have not seen a schedule. value for the money. I like so much of what I have seen at Carrillon. I have observed the staff interacting with the residents. I believe they all genuinely care about the women they care for. I was impressed how every morning they dress the women for the day and offer a variety of activities for them. I also have to mention every time I visit the whole place is filled with the smell of the cooks making the meals for the day and it always smells so good.

My mother has adopted well at Carillon Oaks. The staff have been wonderful and kind to my mother. It has been a positive experience for me and my mother. The residents enjoy the interaction with each other and weekly outings. The facility is very nice and extremely clean.
