The Carlotta facility is absolutely beautiful. Everything was clean and smelled great. The grounds were immaculate. The 2 different models I saw of the 2 bedrooms were great. One of course was larger than the other with an island kitchen, but even the smaller one was more than enough room! The closets are fantastic. The dining room looked inviting. Some clients were out and about, even with their pups, which was nice to see. All the staff were very pleasant.

[name removed] and [name removed] were both very helpful and made our experience very enjoyable. They are knowledgeable and eager to make the move in run smoothly. The apartment is for my mother. She saw the place and fell in love with it instantly. The size of the apartment is much larger than her previous one, and the rent is two thirds the price. All staff are extremely communicative and appear to really care about their clientele. Friendly. Concerned and go above and beyond.

The facility was very impressive upon entry. Once we checked in, we were introduced to our tour guide, [name removed]. [name removed]was very friendly, concerned about what my mother was looking for in an apartment. He answered all of our questions and we never felt pressured. In the long run, we ended up renting an apartment. All of the staff was very friendly as well. My mother is very excited about moving in next month.

I thoroughly enjoyed the visit. The place was very clean. The tour was excellent. The facilities were fantastic. Unfortunately they didn’t have respite care, which is something that I’m considering at the moment.
