It's been a very good experience with Carmel Village. The onboarding process was quite extensive but I'm glad that they were careful to get all the necessary information in advance. I see now how important this is. The staff is really nice and helpful. All needed adjustments were made quickly and the communication is very good with all staff including med tech workers. Carmel Village is really outstanding. I understand that things cost a lot but most people would not be able to afford living here without added insurance, family help and a good retirement fund. I find the staff very professional and always friendly. Will take the time to answer any questions. If a problem does arise the medical staff call immediately to inform you.
