Most of the staff and facility are wonderful. There are some things that fall through the cracks like having any medical staff at the facility on a regular basis. The activity staff is the best ever and they do a wonderful and caring job with the residents. All things considered I would recommend it to others.

Worries Relieved

They seem competent and willing. I feel fine about leaving my mother in their care. It seemed very clean to me. There is always something going on even if it's just pet videos on the TV on the parlor. I've eaten there several times and it's okay. Shortage of fresh produce but I'm beginning to think that's the nature of the beast. Staff has always been pleasant, helpful, and willing to chat about what they do, answering questions and giving suggestions.

Mom is thriving at Carolina Reserve

I feel like Mom's memory is declining at a much slower rate, and I attribute that to her participating in and looking forward to the activities, as well as having a social life again! She loves her apartment, the staff is friendly and kind, and always comes to get her if she forgets an activity. The food is very good, and Mom really enjoys the shared mealtime experience. The administrative staff is extremely helpful, and is always greeting residents with a smile.

Wonderful facility

Everyone has been very kind to my mom. I just wish they'd take more outside excursion with the residents - since mom is totally wheelchair bound I can't take her anywhere myself. But otherwise no complaints. It's a wonderful facility! It is pricey compared to other facilities, but the nicest one around I've seen

Good Place for your parents

I would highly recommend this community. For the money and cost they are the best community around this area for your loved ones. They have activities like games, movie night, church services and more for the residents.

Our experience at Carolina Reserve

It is a beautiful facility and all the staff were very friendly. The food was great and they had plenty of activities provided for the residents. When I was looking, I was clear that my loved one needed a 2 hand assist for everything. They said they would be able to handle that but they did not have enough staff in order to do that. We were then charged because they charge by level of care. I just think they took on more than they were able to really handle with my loved one. I do think it would be a great place fo…
