My Mother moved in to assisted living after a fall. The staff at Carriage Inn made my mother feel at home and did everything they could to simplify our move it. The management understood my mothers needs and made the move to CI an obvious choice. The staff looked after my mother and made her feel safe. Due to a staffing shortage we had a couple of issues with some minor requests getting taking care of on time. We escalated and the house keeping manager was on top of getting the issue resolved.
