About Cascade Creek Memory Care

Cascade Creek Memory Care is a community specifically designed for seniors with Alzheimer’s or other dementia-related diagnoses — ready to welcome residents home with open arms. This community offers spacious studio apartments for residents to call home, complete with amenities to help ensure safety and comfort. Residents enjoy high-quality dining, enriching activities, and the added convenience of a short two-mile drive to the Mayo Clinic Hospital. Residents are safe and cared for in the expert hands of the caregivers at Cascade Creek. Caregivers work hard to get to know residents and their life experiences, hobbies, preferences, and patterns. By doing this, caregivers and staff not only create meaningful bonds but also help residents receive effective treatment and live fulfilling lives. State Classification Cascade Creek Memory Care is an assisted living facility with dementia care , which in the state of Minnesota is a licensed assisted living facility that is advertised, marketed, or otherwise promoted as providing specialized care for individuals with Alzheimer's disease or other dementias. Great tour and our questions were answered thoroughly. Just sad that our mother was not accepted as this was a wonderful community.

Cascade Creek, a community that cares

Great staff, even executive director gets involved with the residents. I've only ate there a couple times but seems like good variety from day to day. Always something for the residents each day. Comparable to other areas we looked at but with better staff interactions with the residents. You can tell they care about their residents. There seems to be more staff than what we saw at other facilities and the are always interacting with the residents. They have a good variety of activities going on each day. It has ta

Our visit to Cascade went great. Very nice and helpful people. Facility was very clean and offered great activities for the residents. Meal program looked great. There was never any pressure for us to sign up. I think we found a great place for the future if needed.

Critical

beware, lack of care, do not place a loved one here

When my husband was there the help were mostly untrained and didn't care for him. He was not bathed and bed sheets were dirty. I could go on. That goodness I got outside help until I could mot him. They didn't do anything they promised!!

Overall fantastic place

Good activities. Very accommodating. Nice modern facility. Sort based on the Europe models for memory care. Room sizes are on the bigger side. They seem to have many different activities for residents throughout the day. Overall I think it's a fantastic place. And gives family peace of mind that she safe and well taken care of.

Cascade Creek

My mom is 91 and had been living in my home for the past 4 years. She slowly had increased dementia so we knew that it was time for a safer place. Cascade Creek is a newer facility. Her room has large windows and a high ceiling. She has both electronic monitoring in her room and frequent staff checks. She has really blossomed in the environment of other residents. The meals are very good. She enjoys bingo and daily activities. She always comments on how kind the staff are. When she came home for Christmas so would
