Dad is well cared for

The staff are amazing. They take the time to form relationships with the residents and have gone above and beyond several times for my Dad. I have a lot of confidence that he is being well taken care of and treated with dignity. The facility is slightly outdated, but in general is kept clean and the property is kept up well.

Professional, friendly, well meaning orginization

It's convenient that Cascade Inn accommodates a broad range of living requirements. My mother began her stay at Cascade Inn in an independent living capacity. Mom was very happy at Cascade Inn as an independent resident. Since then she has transitioned to assisted living, and remains in good spirits. l can not take care of her like I wish I could as I work nights, but I know she is being well cared for. Review for Cascade Inn

I would let people know that you have to private pay for 3 years which seems like a long time when there is other facilities that are less. What I liked is that all their beds are licensed for assisted living so that when you got to that level of care you didn't have to move. I felt that the care wasn't up to the price we paid.

Great staff members / very accommodating for sure!

The ladies [name removed] (Directors of Community Relations) and [name removed] were amazing getting my sister placed in their facility. I had excellent communication with them and they both provided an excellent experience and went above and beyond expectations in getting my sister into their facility! I give them both a 5! It overall is a nice facility, they were very accommodating. Now that I have her in an AFH I'd never put her into assisted living again. The small format and hands on 1-2 caregivers in the AF…

My mom has stayed at Cascade Inn twice this year for short stays/respite care. It's a nice facility, the staff is great, my mom loved playing Bingo. The free flowers from Trader Joe's on Sundays were a highlight for her. We always feel welcome when we are there. I would recommend Cascade Inn to others.

Food poisoning

I have relatives who live here. Many of the residents have gotten food poisoning in the last few weeks. This is the only place most of the residents eat. It’s concerning. There is a lack of help for some of these people

Two cases have been identified, with one linked to a state-wide outbreak and the source still undetermined. Our team has been in contact with Clark County Public Health, who is researching this state-wide outbreak that has affected many places besides Cascade Inn.
