★★★★★
PositiveCascades staff is very attuned to state and federal regulations and conducts regular internal audits to ensure compliance. The billing process has a hiccups, and it takes a few cycles to make changes. Staffing in the memory care lodge isn't always optimal.

PositiveMy Dad loved it there, we were worried about sending him there but he was the Happiest the whole family had seen him in a long time. Thank you so very much, eternal Gratitude. My Dad loved women, so he loved having all your very caring staff caring for him. Definitely recommend to others

I see on a day to day basis that attention to quality care is …

PositiveWe picked Cascades because of price and we really liked Haley, she and the staff understand the difficulties of caring for the elderly with dementia . My Dad really likes it there, it's clean and food is very good.
★★★★★
PositiveIt is a very warm setting with kind staff who listen to the needs of their residents and try hard to accommodate. The setting is very welcoming.
