Review for Cedarhurst of Bethalto

I had to pull my dad out of Cedarhurst Bethalto. I would not recommend that place. I have now moved him into assisted-living at [community removed] and I'm very satisfied so far. It was not a good fit because the environment was very triggering for my father and memory care and they were trying to send him out to have inpatient psychiatric treatment which he did not need

Loved the experience and the place. Everyone was pleasant and informative and welcoming. Believe this will be a great place for my mom.

Cedarhurst is an excellent place.

They keep me informed and send me pictures of my dad and continually let me know how he is getting along. Everyone is so friendly when I come to visit and always keeps me informed. I would definitely recommend to others.

I toured the facility and it was beautiful and spacious and had wonderful outdoor space. The rooms on the memory care side were spacious very clean. The staff was very helpful and answered all my questions. They have lots of activities planned for the residents and a wide rage of food. Everyone was very gracious and helpful. They made me feel comfortable on making a decision for my loved one at a very hard time in life.

Excellent facility, just wasn't suitable for mom. She needed long tem care. The staff was nice, the facility was beautiful. I wish she could have gone there to stay. I would recommend this facility to everyone who was interested in assisted living.

The director [name removed] is very nice and helpful. Everyone is always willing to do what is needed to make sure my Mother in law gets the care she needs.
