PositiveVery nice staff At Cedarhurst. The activities were fantastic Wide variety of food the only disappointment was the laundry service. You could mark your name on everything but never get it back We felt that the staff truly cared about our mom

PositivePhysically the building and layout is very nice. With a few exceptions the staff are very friendly and good with the residents. The staff don't always pay sufficient attention to the specific needs of individual residents. An example: my wife wears hearing aids. I have asked numerous times that staff ensure they get recharged at night and then placed in my wife's ears the next morning. These instructions are rarely followed. There are other issues that I could list, this is but one example.

PositiveBeautiful facility, great food, kind staff. Would recommend to anyone! Honestly, it was the first and only facility we looked at. We just loved the intake coordinator and the grounds. All the residents seemed very happy as well. The facility itself is very new, I think it was built in 2017 so or so that was a nice plus as well.

PositiveAbsolutely, a five on every one of them! Cedarhurst was fantastic! The biggest thing that I noticed was that everything was clean. My dad was always taken care of even when he was on hospice there. He had clean clothes on every day his apartment and bedding were always clean. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They not only wanted to get to know the new resident but everything about their family so that they could make their life comfortable and as close to what they were used to when they lived on thei…
