PositiveThe facility is only 6 years old. Everything was clean and neat. Personnel were friendly and helpful to residents. The apartments had good-sized rooms. There were several types of apartments from which to choose. There were few residents out and about. It may have to do with our timing which was 11:00- 12:30. The facility was bright and airy. The gathering areas like the craft room or fitness seemed small to me. We had lunch which was restaurant style. One can eat at anytime, not fixed time. The food was tasty and …

CriticalOur experience
For the price we pay, we feel we get advantage care with premium price. They have gotten better over the last few months. Memory care has a new director of nursing and the facility has a new executive director. You really have to stay on them with cleanliness and the staff. Apartments are a good size. Food and dining from what we can tell has been very good. Activities are normally daily and they seem to like them. Keeps getting better so it will continue to go up as long as they stay on course.

Going to rate them a 5 in all groups. They are very good with mom. I would tell others to explain to the DON And RN as much information as you can about your family member. It helps them understand them better so they can get the care needed.
