They oversold the care they can provide. The staff are very sweet but they seemed short staffed. I rarely saw an activities happening. The apartment was a nice size. Communication with the ED was poor. Communication with the DON was good. He liked the food. It's a good place for people who don't need a lot of assistance.

Nice people but management changed 3x in 6 months. They took money out of dads account without authorization even after he was no longer there for multiple months. He fell out of bed and had a subdural hematoma. He laid on floor for unknown length of time. Other facilities have motion sensor alarms that have to be canceled in room. I would highly recommend that feature

My parents decided not to move in on the same day that I signed the contract. Upon letting Celebration Villas know, they said there was no refunds, so they were charged [Amount Removed] and never stepped foot in the place. I was very disappointed that some sort of refund was not available for my parents.
