The quality of life in Mason is high and here at Central Parke, we make the effort to reflect that. We are proud to give our residents the highest quality of their lives that is possible. Aside from Alzheimer's care, we also have memory and dementia care.

CriticalMy mom had a LOT of things that just disappeared! All of her jewelry, including her wedding ring, her headbands, socks, some pants, all scarves, her remote control and sets of sheets. There was a total change of staff when they all left to go to another facility and that's when things went downhill. The care is subpar now. My mom has gone without meals and diaper changes even while I was there, so I can only imagine what happens when I'm not!

CriticalThey were at a good price level for my mom. However, I would not choose them, if I had to do things over. The representative that I spoke with at a place for mom convinced me to not worry about her funds, I could place her somewhere else when she ran out of money. Upon looking at other places, decent facilities do not want to take a resident, until they have paid out of pocket for 2 years. I moved my mom, so I could choose where she would go , and not be forced into a facility that I would not want her . Transition…

PositiveI think it's a nice facility, the staff was very friendly and seemed to really care about residents in their care. My loved one was only there for a week before she passed away. My one complaint with Central Park is they only refunded $[removed] of the $[removed] that we paid for the month, my aunt was only there one week. I was told it was ok to pick up her furniture and belongings when we were able, we were not told we were being charged each day her things were in their facility. Thankfully we were able to move …
