Great place and very reasonable Rent.

Very reasonable rent. Apartment was very nice on move-in with brand-new carpet and an open kitchen into the living room. I haven’t tried the meals yet, but I’ve joined several activities and especially enjoy chair yoga. The office staff have been very helpful since I lost my husband. I was on a waiting list for four months and was happy to finally make the move.

Our Experience

The woman that's runs it is awful! She doesn't answer the phone and lies! The apartment was ok... the dryer never got hot enough to dry clothes. Never got fixed.

Wonderful place to live

The atmosphere at the apartments is that of a community. The staff and residents are very welcoming and actually go out of their way to make a newcomer feel at home. It is close to a lot of restaurants, grocery stores, hiking trails etc. They have a lot of activities going on most days. People can be as social or as private as they want to be.

Love this for my mom!!

My mother just moved, and she couldn't be happier. The friendly staff and residents have made her feel at home. She enjoys the food, and it is safe and clean, which gives me peace of mind. The price is reasonable. I think what makes it different it has a washer and dryer in the unit. I didn't find that anywhere else!
