PositiveIt's a great place. Very caring staff, and a good management crew. Excellent facilities. Activity room with 4 hours of activities every day. Twice a week bus trips around the area, with occasional stops. On facility nursing and health care every day. Good meals served 3 times a day. 2 areas with couches and TV's which are very quiet during activities for those that don't want to participate.

PositiveI would recommend setting up review of medication's given on a weekly basis, reviewing emergency buttons and their health monitoring system in the rooms on a monthly basis and isolating out a named individual. You can work with to get this done.

PositiveStaff does a great job keeping the residents actively involved in entertainment. They genuinely care about the residents also. Rooms are very large for this type of a facility. Is it a top notch memory care facility.

PositiveCommunication with staff is difficult so that could definitely be improved. The facility is great though and very well adapted for people with dementia. They have a support and education program that is fantastic. We come together monthly with other families who have family members in the facility. It's a great opportunity to learn from each other since our loved ones are all at different stages of the disease.

PositiveIn the morning the residents are cleaned up and dressed for the day. They go into the community and their room door is locked. They can return of course on request, but this locked door policy is a good one. Residents are kept active all day with meals and activities. The social interaction is vital.
